Many of these units have been in service for many years. As is the case with most electronics, the components that generate the most heat are often the most likely to fail. In the LCM-6550 and OTR-3550, this component is the power supply. Olson will replace and upgrade this power supply in the factory or can provide a field upgrade kit.

a RMA (Return Materials Authorization). Also contact Sales if you would like to purchase a power supply field upgrade kit. A moderate skill level is required to perform the field upgrade.
